I made a kit that consists of the SR-15-SD and M-16.

How can I make an .rsb file for it? I would think there should be some way where I could just splice the first half of the .rsb file for [SR-15-SD and Grenade] with the first half of the .rsb file for [M-16 and Grenade], or something like that.

Is there a tool that can combine existing RSB files in this way? Or is there documentation somewhere that tells how the RSB file format works internally (at the hex level) so that I might figure out how to splice it manually?

I always use photoshop for that kinda stuff but before doing that you should look for tutorials on that sort of thing because the texture files on ghost recon are never one picture, they are numerous pictures put together in a certain fashion so look for templates and tutorials if this is your first time

one from @war : Daniel J. Jensen's Kit Images Tutorial

one from GR.net : Jester's Modding Kit Icons.
