Don't know what causes it, but I had the same problem. I fixed it by giving each vehicle it's own plan.
Vehicle one start Vehicle two Wait 3 sec. - start Vehicle three Wait 3 sec. - start Etc etc...Also set the same speed. Do not make a simular path as they could block eachother's path and stop or get stuck. If they travel over a road I've set the plans like this; ![]() The key thing is that you do not have an overlap in paths. So, IF one stops, the rest will drive by, as they are not on the same path...
