RAM: 512 MB
O/S: Microsoft Windows 2000 5.1 Service Pack 1 build 2600
RSOptions: Could not open options file options.xml for reading, using defaults
RSFILEDATA: FindFile could not find file cmbtmodl.xml

what does this mean, It, obviously, came from the Ike log and my ghost recon crashes at the start

It means that your computer is telling you that you can't play games such as GR when you have such a flashy fast processor. So there.

It serves you right for buying Intel - give me my trusty Athlon XP chip any day!!

Besides which, it means it can't find your options.xml file (should be in c:\program files\red storm entertainment\ghost recon) or the cmbtmdl.xml which should be in the equip folder of origmiss or mp2 (I don't have that file in mp1).
Have you been messing with files again?

I havent tried to alter any files. It doesnt matter anyways I doubt I will ever get to play it again

which leaves another question, I doubt that I will be able to mod anymore so do you guys want what I already have or do you want to start over yourself or what? And if you want what I already have how do I get it to you?

Don't give it up !

Try reinstalling.

Or :

Create an empty options.xml file with only [OptionsFile]
[/OptionsFile], maybe GR will start up and you can set all options back again.
