...a value that when changed would increase or decrease the amount of time before an AI enemy fires at a target after it has already been spotted. I am NOT talking about reticule time. Thanks!

Allertness set on bored will make him react less then when it's on combat.

There are also skill-points (in ATR-files) you can set: the higher the tougher they get.

You can script an actor seen or heard, or an actor fired block and that will get as many AI involved and reponding as you want. Like SAN said there's different selections on the basic character default animation. I prefer just using "alert" on a Vet or Elite character since the "combat" choice will put them in a kinda crouch before anything even happens. You can start em off in "bored" while patrolling but then have the block triggered and assign a plan for their response that will change the ROE/ COE to whatever you want. Good luck..aint this fun?
