I am in the komodo shipyard level and I have to raise the sub, I interrogate the technician and use the computer movie comes on alarm goes off and then nothing, i get him to use the computer again and still nothing.. when I go to knock him out Lambert says the alarm sealed off the sub and the mission is over. . Is this a glitch? What should I do?

Try restarting the level.

I've seen several people post about this before, and I believe that restarting the level solved it.
