Hi guys,

I was finally excited to find double agent on the shelves at 9.99$ and I finally bought it. I tried using the multiplayer section and it started up fine. Thne I realised I need to update first. Then I applied updates. Then the game said CD is invalid. Securom error. I searched up here and found the paul.dll. However....now when I click multiplayer it gives me that screen asking for serial code. I put in the code from the box and it says invalid key. WTH???

Any help please?

There are two keys, one is inside the box (used to install the game) and one is on the back of the manual (used for your online account).

I needed no key for installing the game. the game came in a standard DVD case....no manual. The key is placed on a sticker inside the box on top of the DVD and yeah....it is an SC4 key. SO it should be the multiplayer key.

I noticed from your sig that you have an ATI Radeon 9800 Video Card. This card is not Shader Model 3 compatable, which is the minimum for Double Agent, so you won't be able to play the game even if you could get it installed properly.

nope. this is my old ubi accoutn with the old specs. My computer is:

256 MB Geforce 6800 go
2 GB RAM DDR2
1.86 centrino
Inspiron 9300

I play Gears of war, cyrsis, spiderman 3 and so on fine on this pc.
