Splinter Cell v1.3 for PC.
All the characters move too fast. The speech seems normal but the speech box inset writing scrolls fast.
Any way to slow down the movement?

I'm having the same problem, I load up the game and everything is going at almost double speed.

My drivers are up to date, and the problem seems recent. When I first got the game last December this didn't happen, but after leaving it alone for awhile and coming back to it this month, half the time I boot the game up I'm having this acceleration problem.

HELP!

Easy solution, All you have to do is set compatability to windows 98
