when the game loads the third mission, my pc crash, and i need to reboot it, i downloaded the patch 1.2b and it keep saying that haven´t retrieved the serial number, when i buyied it haven´t any serials, can some one help me??

Crashing is not a bug.

Crashing is a behavior that is linked to your hardware. More than likely it is coming from your video card - either the hard ware is not supported or the drivers are out of date.

post your DxDiag and let's look
