This is happening to EVERYONE. sometimes, if your lucky your able to get on, whereas most the time no one can. but usually you cannot because of an error!!

If your able to get on, you dont have many people to play with because they cant get on.
On SPLINTER CELL DOUBLE AGENT everyone knows each other, it is a great game which u will know u have played it, needs fixing. please look into this!!
