I have an issue with Chaos Theory I've been trying to remedy on and off for several months.

At the end of the last level, just as you jump up through the vent that leads into the room with the General, the game locks up. The screen freezes, and the whole system goes down. It happens every time in the same place, without fail.

On a couple instances, it has corrupted my profile, and I've had to use a backup profile.

I am running XP with SATA drives, 1 gig of memory, and an ATI Radeon x600 video card. Does anyone know what might be causing the game to crash?

It is a glitch. What seems to work is to use thermal vision for the final part.
