Hey, when I try to get some help from UBISOFT, there isn't any. I type in my user name and pass word and all it does is cycle back and forth. Nothing. I need help to activate the game and it will not let me enter the key code. Thanks for any help.

You can't. It doesn't run on 64-bit OSes.

You can run CT versus directly from the exicutable file found in SCCT../Versus/System but you can't load the single player.
