Help I recently installed a legit copy of splinter cell chaos theory and played it fine for a while and then one tiem I tryed to play it again and ran into a app error:

splintercell3.exe Application Error
The exception Breakpoint
A Breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x60417883.

Come on someone reply... it happens everytime i start up sp but I can play mp just fine.

Check the center of the disk is not cracked,and your disk is clean.

To post DirectX Diagnostic information do the following.

1. Click Start
2. Click Run (if you are on Vista, click into the 'Search Textfield')
3. Type DXDIAG then press ENTER
4. When the DirectX Diagnostic loads, click the "Save All Information" Button.
5. Save the text file to your desktop
6. Locate the text file on your desktop and double-click the file to open it
7. Click on Edit
8. Click on Select All
9. Click on Edit
10. Click on Copy (make sure all of the text is highlighted when you click Copy)
11. Right-click into the textfield of your forum post and click on Paste
