I am guessing you have an AGP slot for your computer. Your processor is fairly slow too. If you want to play games you may want to consider upgrading your whole computer or getting a console. If you do want to invest only in a new video card, it is fairly easy since there are not as many options for AGP slots as there are with the current PCI Express video card slots. Here is a good roundup:

You will have to decide for yourself if it is worth it to spend the money on an older computer just to play a game. I have an AGP computer and decided it was not worth it to upgrade to play SCDA. $50 for the game plus $200 for a video card to play it? No game is worth $250 to me. I will upgrade my computer some day but cannot afford to right now.
