I am running Splinter Cell Double Agent for the PC. All character models are invisible and black, all I can see on them is their equipment. I upgraded to version 1.02, and it still is broken. The hardware checker says that I have the wrong version for my video card even though I just updated my video card driver to the most up to date video card. I have Windows XP x64 and I have an AMD 64-bit cpu with a Geforece 8600GT 256MB video card. Also, on a side note, I got to the part in the game where you go up in the ice, but I cannot figure out how to get out of the ice hole from the water onto the ground. Kind of stuck in the game too. Its hard when you cannot see your character.

after almost a year of installing it on my pc and having it do nothing to it finally working and comin on, only to blank out the characters...

I'm guessing you have an 8 series card. If so, then try adding two lower case Ls to the shortcut in the target part.

EG. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SCDA\Offline\sc4.exe -ll
