I am at the part were you use the flares to make the gun work .But my problem is the elevator say no power .So how do I get power to the elevator.Could someone help me out .

My guess would be you went right past the server room and did not gather the infomation you need from there. You needed to have made a left down the hallway across from the big office room where one guard paraded back and fort in front of.
