Games simply don’t respond when I trying to ran it. No errors, no blue screen, game exe just not reacting, but multiplayer is working.

Are you using a laptop? Some can handle the online OK (less graphics challenges I think) while the single player won't work for some of them.

If you have any GUI enhancement software running like WindowBlinds just disable that and you should be ok to start the game.

I'm betting that is your problem. And you knew that one zorro, i'm surprised you didn't call it.

Its mach simpler then I thought. I download splintercell3.exe from file front and game now working. Anyway thanks for attention.
