Intel chips support software shaders, and not hardware shaders.
From what I have read, it will work with a program called "3d analyzer," but I don't know if it will for sure. http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1075192/m/2341004007 Get the program there, and then google for directions on how to set it up to run on a crappy chip/card. I have the fifth freedom... so watch out, here I come Originally registered July 17, 2002 |

At best a graphics chipset will have to be used at the lowest settinga and even the will have a low framerate- if it works at all. Most share memory with the CPU and when the game is running it has troubles keeping up with both the game calculations and the video calculations. Games are just too demanding for onboard video.
At any rate, Intel says it might work with Chaos Theory. Might. http://www.intel.com/support/g...45g/sb/CS-020977.htm Good luck! If you do want to play games I might suggest a real video card. |
