i got splinter cell pandora tomorrow and started the game and its now in loading screen. Then my computer turned all black and flashed and flashed. Then the game kinda crashed and nothing happend. Can anyone help me please?

do i need another fresh copy of my game or is there a problem with my computer or do i need a software

need to download software (please state it)
need fresh game
problem with computer (not compatible)

 

I vote compatability problem. What operating system and video card will be the big questions.

Fresh copy would only help you when you're experiencing data corruption caused by scratches or damages on the disc, if that was the case the installation of the game would have failed anyway.

Make sure you updated your drivers for graphics card, sound device, (chipset), latest updates for windows, latest patch...

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements to run this game?, have you downloaded the latest patches for this game ?.
I was running Windows Vista and had problems on some games loading and the way I solved this was by doing a clean install of Vista and it solved these problems for some reason, but it is a big hassle to reinstall a operating system and all your applications.

Depends, it's become routine for me. Going through all this again...

SUpport game development by purchasing legal copies. Pandora is old so it should be pretty cheap to find a copy. But even if you get a legal copy, the servers for online PT were taken down some time ago.

Hi Guys this is a life and death question.

I have been hunting down soth for the last six months now and Im just about to catch him.

I'm at the stage of the game where soth and his men have cut the power in the lift and I have to climb up the lift shaft, now when I climb up there it Fisher will not go beyond that stage. Somebody I know said that they also got to a certain point of this game and they could not move on. Is there a common problem with this game or is there a special move that I must do, bearing in mind that I have tried everything. Please help I really wont to fininsh this game.

You need to get to the top of the second lift. I don't remember the exact steps but I climbed up the cables on the side towards the door of the elevator. Up one cable to a ledge, change to next cable to the bottom of the next lift, shimmy along underneath and then down the cable to the next level. Climb the cable next to it (you may need to rotate your body to get past the side of the lift) and then rotate again and slowly slide down to the top of the lift. You do not enter this lift but drop down into a space in front of it and from there you can enter the next room.
