I bought splinter cell chaos theory and there are 2 cd keys, one on the box and in the manual. neither work with my game. i have entered it many times and I can not get it to work. Please let me know what to do next

The one on the manual is for online play. The one on the box is for installation. Do not use the numbers below the main line of numbers. Also beware that a "B" may actually be an "8" or vice versa. Try both.
