under the config utility it says i have the minimum and recommended requirements to play the game, it also says I have shader model 2.0. I am able to play versus by going through program files, etc. to find the versus start icon. However, when I try to play the single player game, it says "checking disk" and then i get an error that says I do not have the necessary graphics card features or whatever and that I need shader model 1.1. please atleast let me know if i need to get a new graphics card to play the game. my graphics card is an Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family (so not the greatest, i know)

I'm guessing an HP laptop?
Even if it is not, that graphics chip won't run CT. I have the same chip in my laptop, and I'm stuck with OSC and PT. The problem is that the graphics chip supports PS2.0, but it lacks the hardware for it. I have the fifth freedom... so watch out, here I come Originally registered July 17, 2002 |
