I heard that a lot of people have problems with this PC game... I have a ACER 7730G Notebook ->

- CPU : Intel Core2Duo P7350 2.00 GHz (3 MB L2 Cache)- 1066 MHz FSB...
- Graphic : NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB VRAM
- RAM : 4 GB DDR2 667 MHz
- HARD DISK : 320 GB HDD
- 17" WXGA LCD
- OS : Windows VISTA ULTIMATE Service Pack 2 x32

1. Is my graphic card supported ? I have NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT on a notebook... (Notebook version)


2. Will this game run on Windows VISTA ULTIMATE x32 bit ??? If NOT,is there a way to run it on VISTA,like COMPATIBILTY Mode or - Run as Administrator - or similar ?


3. Will Splinter Cell - Double Agent(PC) work on my notebook without BUGS AND GLITCHES ????

Please answer,this is important to me.I don´t want to throw money on this game if I will not be able to play it without problems...

No, it will not work without bugs and glitches. DA PC has bugs and glitches for everyone.

It will work on Vista, but not well with a 9600 and on a laptop.

It works better on ATI cards than Nvidia cards that are newer than the Geforce 7 series.

The Dx10 Nvidia cards have massive graphical problems with DA.

For me the game works on vista but is unplayable slow. I just deinstalled again. Unfortunately I found now a thread that supposedly fixes this bug...

I also have a DX10 nvidia card and did not encounter graphical bugs (except in the intro everything looks blurred but maybe that was a feature of the nextgen setting or intended....)

@Acenoid - How does this thread fix the Intro BUG and can you tell me
your PC Configuration.I have thought to buy this game for PC (Double Agent),but I am afraid of the In-Game Lagging and bugs....
