After finishing CT with no further problems, I began replaying DA.
It's the mission: Sea of Okhotsk.
As there is already a zodiac, the winch doesn't work and I can't get up on the supertanker. So I'm pretty much stuck there.
Is this a glitch?
Restarting the mission will it be different?
