Dunno if anyone has run into this. I have a pretty powershouse system that plays all other games seemlessly but splinter cell chugs no matter how low the settings are set, even the cutscenes.
Here are the specs AMD Phenom 9500 4GB RAM ATI Radeon HD 3850 MSI K9A2 Plat. Windows XP Pro No overclocking or anything and CPU running at under 30C... I have all the AMD CPU updates, ATI drivers and game patches. |

Nothing special.
Pretty much everyone who has tried to play SC: DA on the PC has had problems. Just look through the first couple pages of this forum and you will see. Basically the answer is, your computer is too new and updated for Double Gaygent. The game was built for the Xbox 360 and poorly ported over to PC so therefore it doesn't really work with any PC equipment that is newer than the 360. Ubisoft thanks you for your contribution. :P |
