I have been having fun creating my own maps. I have added the Kings Mausoleum but can't figure out what it's good for. I see under properties that it's grouped, so I added a second and numbered it the same as the first... other than being nice to look at, it doesn't do anything... Am I missing something?

As far as I know it's just decoration. There used to be many "useless" decorations. You can see some in the map "playground of the gods".

There is no such thing as useless decoration. Besides, all buildings can have a function if the mapmaker has a little imagination and is willing to do a little work.

If you look at my 2 HOMM5 maps (Seize the Throne and Shadow Dreams) you will see the King's Mausoleum used with a touch script that provides a bonus to the Haven player.
