I have a question, which sub class should I choose of these three: Tambor, Porpoise or Gar? Which do you think is the best? Is there any big difference between them?

Hello. I hope this may help you in your decision. As to the question what the differences are between the three classes, well here is a short explanation.

The Porpoise, or P-class was the first of the U.S. "fleet" boats.

The Tambor class is an upgraded version of the P-class with longer range and better batteries.

The Gar class is also classified under the Tambor. Their are minor differences between the Tambors and the Gars, mostly in external armement, but nothing notable. For myself, I started off with a Gar class sub and found it to be a capable submarine.
