In Russia (Moscow) in November, will be "ИгроМир 2007". Will be presenting "Far Cry 2", publisher is UbiSoft. And probably presenting Beyond Good & Evil. But i doubt.

I was a "late bloomer" with video games.. and, when I found this one - I was just blown away.. it was so much fun - and, everybody I know that played it.. LOVED it!
It seems that so many games are hard-core shooters - and, the story sometimes gets a bit beyond what I care for..
It is really a shame this one will not see a sequel.. kinda like Voodoo Vince - that was another great game that got no marketing - and had great music - a fun story - quirky characters and true challenges..
I am currently playing the single player portion of grand theft auto IV. And I am torn between which I think is the better game. Beyond good and evil had long held the torch of being the best game ever (in my opinion of course) Even against such heavy hitters as Halo 3 and Gears of War. But now for the first time in 5 years and on entirely new wave of consoles I am considering an equal or superior to the great BG&E. But then when I stopped to really think about it Grand Theft Auto IV was a game with unlimited time, unlimited budget and it is the 8th game in the GTA series, so The Houser Brothers have had PLENTY of time through trial and error to perfect their little masterpiece and to be perfectly honest it could still use some obvious improvements. Not to mention the whole console gap. But this isn't about GTA it's about Beyond Good and Evil. The fact that I am even honestly putting BG&E up against GTA IV is an insurmountable testament to the greatness of BG&E. I can only imagine what Beyond good and Evil would be like if Ancel and his amazing team were given unlimited time and budget to create the sequel. Beyond good and Evil was almost perfect on it's first time out it didn't get 8 chances like GTA. I'm done ranting They are both amazing games and I haven't finished GTA IV yet so all of this is for naught. I have viewed this forum many times over the years and always been pleasntly surprised to see that it is still active but never have I thrown my own voice in so here goes. Dear Ubisoft, Sequal please.
Just saw the article on 1Up.com that a sequel is in the pre-production phase with a 10-12 person research team. While everything is still on paper and Ubisoft has yet to green-light the project I hope it goes through. This was such a unique gem of a game that I would love to see Jade and Pej back in action. Oh I hope to God they can get the original voice actors back is this goes through. Go BG&E!
This is a vergeance in the force. It must come to pass if the universe is to fulfill its destiny etc etc rant rant.
Unforgettable characters, excellent blend of game mechanics, unique vision in open-world exploration and art direction. I still reccommend the original to gaming vets and virgins alike - everyone's blown away.
Michel Ancel is a legend and Ubi should greenlight him A.S.A.P.
Hey guys, Steam just picked up Ubisoft's games and Beyond Good and Evil is featured on it. If sales go really well on the Steam downloads, that may really help. I know it's a lost cause by now, but I would like to see this apparent trilogy be realized.
The content of this video is not purley of BG&E, but if you a true fan, you will recongize a key piece. It is also the UBIDAYS convention, which means, if somthing were to happen, ot would happen there.
