I was responding to this. I thought you were saying AC was one of the two in existing franchises. Anyway, I don't care really. As for Surfer Girl, I would say a lot of her stuff is still unproven (though I'd really have to look bak at it). Some of it was pretty vague/easy to predict, anyone could have thought it up. As far as it all being right, she admitted a few times that things were wrong or changed her story other times. And sometimes was just wrong. I still enjoyed reading it though and she did have some interesting info.

Anyway, forget all that stuff, I just hope we hear something about BG&E2 next week.

just because they've revealed (if I'm not mistaken) all of the images now (they have done that right?) it doesn't mean they won't touch on other things as well.

The only thing that hasn't been revealed is obviously a Prince one (it's the art from the speed drawing). But anyway, I agree with you in that I'd be surprised if Ubisoft didn't have some tricks up there sleeves. Most of the stuff on the teaser was stuff we knew about even if it will be sort of new. I expect some other stuff though for sure.

Im glad the project Amano is working on isnt BG&E bcoz no offence to Final Fantasy Fans but I dont think his stylistic principle would help Beyond Good nad Evil. So I guess that other rumor that it was BG&E is not completly true.

Id be happy if they didnt announce BG&E2 was being released and just worked on it in secret. I know one of the reasons the 1st one sold so poorly was bcoz of poor promotion but I think if they just had a decent trailer this time the game might do well given the bigger fan base.

I have to agree about Final Fantasy. It's a series with a lot of very good games, and even better content. But the last few have really failed to reach the heights of the earlier installments. Good and Evil deserves a lot better than the dross that Square has been putting out lately

I think they do not announce BG&E 2. That is a too big dream I think Ubi thinks the fans of BG&E are "a few" but they know how much people want this game. But for them we are only a few freaks, so I don't think they will give green light to it.

But hopefully, Ancel works on it, even without Ubis permisson

I don't think Good and Evil 2 will be there.

Actually I can see an up side tp them not announcing it and just working on it in secret. After all the reason the previous game was so loved is because it wasnt overhyped

That's also the reason most people didn't know anything about the game when it was released. That said I doubt BG&E 2 will be announced at Ubidays, even if the game is officially in development. They'd probably have nothing to show except for maybe some concept art. I also doubt it's already officially in development now to begin with.

How old was Jade in the original? I don't even remember if her age was stated or not. I always thought she was about 19.

Would be cool if she was a bit older though, more like... I dunno, 24? I have a pet peeve with my favorite female game characters being younger than me, especially if I look up to them, like I do with Jade. And I'm 21, so yeah, a little older would be nice.

@mystique: lol no actually I wasn't, the tab I was talking about turned out to be Elika (from the new PoP game) but I was right when I speculated that the unannounced franshise in the GameSpot article is BG&E anywaz, keep checking uplay.com regulary, I have a feeling more BG&E info will be adde very soon (maybe today )
