I know that some of you have played "Little Big Adventure", and many others heard about it, as it has been compared several times to "Beyond Good and Evil." The resemblance between the games is astounding, not really in the storyline as much as in the world and the atmosphere.

This is why many LBA fans were thrilled when BGE came out and have been rooting for the sequel ever since.

But long before cries for BGE2 were formed, the LBA community awaited for another sequel that never came to pass. Adeline, the team behind "Relentless" and "Twinsen's Odyssey," was bought by SEGA before it had the chance to make "Little Big Adventure 3."

Now 9 years have passed since "Twinsen's Odyssey" was released, and finally, we've received some good news:

Frederick Raynal, one of the LBA creators, has set up a new team called "Ludoid," which he plans to expand. In a recent phone interview, Frederick stated that, "I presented several projects, including LBA3, to several publishers." He leaves it to the publishers to decide on which project they would like to see him develop. (Source : Twinadv.net )

Now, this is excellent news, not only for the LBA fans, but for Adventure gamers all over the globe! ! ! If LBA3 goes into the making, the chances of BGE2 are boosted as well.

On behalf of the Magic Ball Network, I ask if any one of you would like to join our cause, to make LBA3 happen. The LBA community has set up a campaign to rouse interests in the media and publishers.

Our window of opportunity is small, and we may not get a chance like this ever again. If you would like to aid us in our cause, feel free to visit MBN and contribute what you like. Any help would be appreciated.

Best Regards,
SparkyTheDragon

That community is huge, especially compared to the BG&E-community. This is a cause of which I think we should support, it will show the world that gamers can have influence if they work together, and hope will arise for BG&E2. LBA 3 has my support, I hope other BG&E-fans will do the same.

I'm also a LBA fan, and there are other fans in this forum too. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks a lot mate!

Just so you know:

Your community has (indirectly) made the www.justadventure.com 's recent news.

The site has a direct link to www.twinadv.net , which mentions the BGE peeps in the first few lines.

Sure, it's not much, but Just Adventure claims to receive over 1 000 000 visitors a month, so it's something :P
