I'm in the factory up to the part where you need to take a picture of the red barcode so the governor can give you the code. The problem is I take a picture, the governor says she's sending the email but i never get it, i left my PC on for about 45 mins and still never got it, i ran around the whole level figuring i might need to trigger it somehow and nothing.

What am i supposed to do? The exact same thing happened on my original XBOX version and i never got past this part. I've checked walkthroughs and faqs and everything, I can't seem to get past this one bit.
