Well, this is great. Two weeks of on and off rainfall and absolutley no sun. I see on the Internet about a floodwatch in my area. I was like "O RLY?" and went my merry way. My house is on a hill, so not much to worry about there, but there are a plethora of small ponds all over the place. Anyway, we plant new bushes for our mom yesterday (being Mothers Day, for all you ungrateful bastards who ignored your mother out there, you know who you are) and my dad tells me to go get shovels. The shovels are out in the back shed. I still had "Flooding? O RLY?" in my brain when I went out there. The swamp that my backyard has become dutifully said "YA RLY" to me when it filled my shoes with water. Me and my little brother then agreed that we needed to start a floodwatch; we stood there for about five minutes, staring at the bottom of our feet, going "Yup, thats a flood alright!" And you Brits think youve got it bad!

It's been this constant drizzle in good ol' WI. (...)
Pretty boring. At least yesterday was nice. I went on a bike ride.

I keep the date back 3 years because it helps me to remember where I came from, that way I'm always grateful of those who've helped me get to where I am today.

...

WATER! EVERYWHERE!

I just like the idea of some guy (Which I hope I never meet) is engulfed in flames running for some sort of assistance.
