I know this is probably a stupid question, but I am stuck! I am trying to figure out how to buy things from vending machines and places like Ming's. How do I input my account info? for the life of me this is driving me nuts!!!

Vending machines: Just stand in front of the machine and press the action button/left mouse button, depending on what version you're playing(pc/console). Then the vending machine opens and you can browse through the items.

Ming-Tzu and Nouri: There should be a little light in front of Ming-Tzu's counter and also in front of Nouri. There you can press the action button again to let Jade insert her card. Then you can buy stuff at Nouri's. At Ming-Tzu, you need to talk to Ming-Tzu after inserting the card(I'm not so sure about that anymore, though), and he'll open the windows in front of the items.

I dont know if I am bugged or what because I am pressing the action button in front of the machines and I get nothing out of it.

You may have to select your account card as the action item. Usually this is automatically selected for you. I think you use the left-right D-pad arrows, keyboard left-right arrows, or A-D keys(?) on the keyboard to cycle through action items in your inventory.

I dont have my account card in my inventory

Just rotate the plate until what you want to buy is right in front of Jade. Then press the action button.

I thought that the manual and the hints cover all this.

You're right, and I knew that because Ming-Tzu says something at one point. I don't know why I wrote down she instead of he.
