Check the code you're typing in. Sometimes when you type in the code wrong, it takes you to a blank page instead of saying "wrong code". Happened to me twice. Check upper-case/lower-case letters and letters which are similar to numbers.

Believe me, I've typed my code in right many times, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get a new score under this account in the first place. I just don't get the e-mail upon finishing the mission, even though it says mission failed every time.

However, I was talking about on my other new account if I put in the same code, it doesn't accept it ever and always takes me to a blank page. I can't even do the mission on that account.

I still can't get into the Akuda Bar safe though. No e-mails. I've tried changing to other e-mail addresses and changing back, still nothing. It should work because I regularly get e-mails from Ubisoft about promotions and products every week or so.

Both the codes don't work.

That's strange, I can get those two to work plus this one:

They all bring me to the results screen and say I have a score of 2,353,692.

Sometimes it helps if I just kee.p re-entering them over and over (I have them saved on the form in Firefox for quick use)

This definitely works because it just updated my score to 3,039,862. That should be enough, I think.

Still no e-mail upon completing the mission.

I just figured out what's going on here. You can't have the same internet code attached to two different accounts. I just got my other account working with a brand new code, but still no e-mail for completing the mission. So if I use a code before I give it to you, it's going to give you that error screen. It probably once had an error message telling you the internet code is already taken but it's blank now.

Here's a fresh code that should work for you, bitebug, I have not touched it, so it should come up:

I'm not sure what's wrong I'd have to replay the entire game to see if it has something to do with the amount of times you can enter a code per game.

Yeah that was always like that, you just get access to that webpage with no content. I'm guessing they were supposed to put stuff there later but never got around to it.

Did you get an e-mail with the code for the safe in the Akuda Bar though?

Well some are still getting the e-mail by completing the hangman game even though it always says you fail. I can't get that to work though.

This is normal as is the 'Top Secret Area'.

oh bitebug whenever you get a wrong letter you know the bar that fills up? nothing happens to me when a bar fills up. is this normal? oh also when i guessed 4 wrong letters it said changing password blah blah blah and i had to exit out and click the mission again to retry the password. is this normal also?

The three bars and your 'out' is normal.

When you guess an incorrect letter the first bar fills up -- it waits if you guess an incorrect letter again, and then the second bar fills up and so on.

The filling up and siren is just cosmetics (for show).

I think the game version also doesn't matter, because you are playing on Xbox and I with the patched PC game where the patch was only of cosmetic nature and didn't alter the save system (which would otherwise have made an restart of the game necessary).

I think it has something to do with the website/highscore. Although this account was in the highscore years before and I don't get a email (like with a new account and another working 3 million points code).

Yes, it's definitely a strange problem indeed. I could sit here and generate 100s of different codes all day but still no e-mail would come of it it seems...

Maybe it has something to do with the country you are in under your account? Are you in the US ShardofTruth? Maybe games purchased in the US say so?

I'm pretty sure Bitebug stated they were in the UK. I'm not sure where Olegdr is registered from.

It's a long shot, so I'm not sure. Sucks to be one of the ones who can't get the e-mails though.

I found the following in the message header

If either of these are down, then it might explain why the emails aren't being sent.
