hi all,

really great news ..BGE2 is coming!!
I wonder if its running in stereoscopic 3D like the first one (with a little tweaking) cause it looks awesome .
Anyone here,who has played it in s-3d too ?
..if at all it will be released on PC.

Whats stereoscopic 3d?

... 3d like with those red/blue glasses ) ..
.. but nowadays you can watch games in full color with depth there are several possibilities:shutter glasses,3d monitors etc...
I recently had bge projected onto the wall ,its great sneaking through the factory in real 3d.you're looking into it.

Thats so cool Id probably stick to regular vision but it would be awsome to see everythin in that kind of 3d. So what is there like a special setting that can display everything in such a way that when you view it with 3d glasses it looks 3d?

..this is done by additional driver(Stereodriver),nvidia used to make this available for their cards but there are other developers,too.
And game developers have to pay attention to certain rules but the 3D data is (of course) already there in every direct-x game.
many games do work with that 3d/stereo thing .
its sometimes really worth watching ...with two eyes
