I was just wondering in what language you guys played BG&E. i guess most of you played it in English, but the other versions are really good aswell, atleast the Dutch one. The first time i played it it was in Dutch. I've also played it in English but i still for some reason prefer the Dutch one. This is the only game i know that had a good Dutch translation with good voices. And i thank the amkers of BG&E for that and also the people from the translation team Smile

I had no choice but to play it in Dutch when I got the Gamecube version. My first thoughts were: "you've got to be kodding?!? Only Dutch and French??? Oh well, my language then..."

But I soon got used to it and I noticed how brilliant it actually was. That was quite unexpected, that's for sure. I have finished the game four times in Dutch. Two times I've finished it in english on the ps2 and pc. I must say, both were exceptionally good, but the Dutch version has a Jade with slightly more emotion in her voice, Pey'j is funnier and Double H...more or less the same really. Some of the people on the sea sounded corny, but that was also the case in the english version so that's nothing. I've tried the French and German version for a couple of hours as well, and it sounded really good to me.

So Dutch it is!

English. Dont know any french, or enough Spanish to play it in that language.

As for the Spanish accent, I have to say I prefer the Latino accent to the Castillian. It just sounds thilly.

I played it first in English and then in German. For some reason, I thought in German, Jade sounded a little more wimpish. Like in German when the DomZ Monster grabs her, she sounds more wimpery rather than just weakening slightly.

Utah, but I was actually born in Germany (West Germany at the time). Only ended up there because of the U.S. Airforce. XD I only know a little German, so I play my games in German to try and learn to speak and understand the language better.

English and Dutch. I thought that some of the dialogue didn't really come out as well in Dutch as in English.
