I'm trying to reach a pearl. It's in a little area accessible through the pedestrian district. To reach this area, stand in front of the Akuda Bar, facing away from it, and walk across the bridge, but veer right into the little door, instead of walking down the pathway to the left.

Inside this area, there is a box which covers a hole in the wall that you can sneak through. After pushing the box out of the way and sneaking through the hole, there is a little obstacle course type area, with a pearl at the end (which I know is there because of the pearl tracking device). The obstacle course is simple and straight-forward, but I cannot get past one spot.

After the first few obstacles, there is a spot at which Jade must press her back against the wall and slide around the wall in a counter-clockwise fashion. There are two types of lasers blocking her path. (1) are the motionless timed lasers and (2) is the laser that is "chasing" her, which only means that she cannot pause for any length of time.

This is not a diffuclt obstacle, but as I maneuver Jade around the wall, she gets stuck in the corners. I keep madly pounding my WASD keys, but to no avail. This makes it so that I can only watch as the "chasing" laser comes around the bend and zaps her to death.

Anyone else had this problem? Ideas/thoughts/suggestions?

Actually on that obstacle I only held down the "A" key, because she is going to the left - I never switched keys and she is not getting stuck anywhere this way

I haven't really come across a problem like this ever before except once when I was hanging on a ledge... but then, I angled my camera a certain way and it worked again, so try moving your camera quickly so that your keys are more relative to your camera... ^^;

Wow that must be annoying Id try either movinf forward of the wall rather than moving right. Otherwise try moving right instead of forward. If you playing on the pc using a keyboard it could be the reason you experiencing this because I dont remeber this becoming such a problem for me
