1-when Jade brougth Pey'j bake to life at the end where it shows Pey'j and that green Domz thing that where she brougth him back to life I think she is Domz.
2-There's no direct indication that Jade is a host for Shauni, or that they are in fact separate entities (the human Jade and an alien lifeform Shauni). If the Domz Priest was telling the truth, Jade is basically living a lie and she is in fact "Shauni", she just doesn't remember it. By Daroth 343
3-If Jade is Shauni or Shauni is Jade but Jade is 20 years old and Shauni is 100's years old how is that posabled. We know Shauni is 100's years old because of what General Kehck said "He's looking for you he's been on your trail foe centeries."

Like you said Jade123 that green energy she keeps generating throughout the game suggests she is. Also the storyline could contue with that whole 'beyond good and evil' theme if she were.
After she fought the very first domz under the light house, Secundo (Sekundo? Sukundo?) said that something got into her "psycho karma" (whatever that is), my thought is: some kind of domz thing, Shauni if you prefer, got into her and "possessed her" or something like that. option 2: SHE is Shauni and the fight with the domz monster stirred some sort of subconscious memory in her.
