cfischer83 - Sky, Jojo, Homer still show up but not often. You were here when I started way back when so you have been around a long time.

Preach and Honey have posted, al is still around, Joe hasn't been around for a long time nor has et.

The 'old' crowd has thinned out but there are some 'new' folks that keep things interesting at times.

Unfortunately, a majority of those people you listed CF we haven't seen in awhile. Al is still present (of course), as well as the others that other people have mentioned. If you are interested in contacting some of those who are left, I'm sure there is someone around here who can give you the info.

Ah, but I doubt even you remember the *original* interface back on the old boards where MH1 originated, CK .

MH1 and MH6 (I think it's 6... might be 5, I dunno, and my brain is all hazy right now) apparently have the distinct honors of being the only two MH tales to have been lost in forum transfers. MH1 was started after the move to the Lithium boards was completed, but before the old PHP boards had been shut down, so the thread was never moved, and was totally lost when the old boards were shut down permanently. MH5 or 6 was lost in the most recent move from Lithium to UBB.x/eve because it was older than a given date and hadn't been bumped in time to avoid being pruned (because nobody told us they'd only be transferring threads younger than a certain date until it was almost too late, which I think cheesed a few people off in several forums on ubi.com, since useful support threads had been pruned out for lack of recent post activity).

And no, I'm not dead either, just busy. And sick. Hate being sick, but don't mind the busy... just... not when I'm sick . If anyone here (like Cory, as I don't imagine he's back purely because he has nothing else to to ) is wondering where on earth DPWR has gone, I'm in yet another argument with my old hosting provider to put the domain back into service because once again it's expired without being renewed. If it's not back by Monday don't be surprised if there's a CNN report of a web hosting center exploding in Arizona . (Kidding, of course, but these people are eventually going to drive me to carnage, I swear...)

ahhh - I wondered what had happened to DPWR. Especially at an important time as this - with those Myst-tree clues.

If you count my lurking, I've been here since... I can't remember. Maybe around 6 years ago. Definately before 2000.

I think it was the php boards, Honey. It was back when Exile still had a good site o it's own ad a link to MYST forums that did not show a direct connection with the rest of the boards

Well that's quite a skill, since the Exile forums didn't exist before June 2001...

Oh alright, I must have gotten the times confused then. I thought I was here before 11th September 2000 with the two towers thing.

But I do know that the boards were fairly established by the time I started lurking, so it might have been around 2002... I remember there used to be an Aussies thread, with Kismetkat? Mystmum? and Skylark? I can't remember for certain.

Sometimes the last six years feel like a lifetime ago, yet at the same time sometimes they feel like only a year ago...

I remember the Aussie thread! Kis, MM, Joyous... MX snuck in a few times too I think. I never really went in there though. I don't think I was on good terms with many of the Aussies anyways. Only MX because we both use Macs.

And yes, MH6 is currently gone. Luckily, I think Donahoo has a copy of MH6... well, I HOPE she has MH6 saved! I would love to see that one on display!

Really, I don't see the point in having automated payment systems if I actually have to call someone to process it manually every time something needs to be done (as has been the case the entire time I've dealt with these people).
