In order to make an attempt at getting this topic back on topic, I will just reiterate that I am planning on playing as all three factions in single player. In multiplayer I am planning on playing as whatever faction fits my playstyle the best. In order to determine that, I am going to play the first few missions in the single player and get a feel for each faction.

And you know that I'm hoping you'll pick JSF for multi player otherwise I'll have to scrounge around for some other clan.

Hmm.. I'll play who appeals to me more. I was NOD in C&C3... Stealth and speed.. So I'm so torn between EEC and JSF.

i have to go with JSF because i like the JSF's abilities and prefessions.

Also, i get to serve my country

I'll go with the Russians for several reasons. The most obvious being that I love Russia and because their play style suits me.

I'm thinking I'll go for the europeans. The russian units seam like they are going to be slow and i almost always play as americans in these kind of games, something new might be nice. Of course I have to try all three.

Playing a video game does not count as serving your country. Too bad lol.

If you want to be European try join the Pretorians Division (Link below my clan inginia). Were a European clan

I am going to fight for the European Federation because I am British and I imagine thats who Britain will allign itself with.

Im british and i will choose the European Federation. mostly because i think that with them britian has a better chance of surviving

I am going to fight for the European Federation. I know that on the game the United Kingdom is neutral but I would imagine it would take the best part of a week before we did get involved over some minor incident. Maybe a Russian shell fell of a Russian battleship and ended up on a beach in Brighton. That would translated through the news as a direct attack on the UK.

Well as i see it...

The russians will dominate the open ground with their higher firepower and heavy armor.

The Enforcers will dominate urban combat since their speed will alow them to stablish choke points faster and their lack of armor will be compensated by the availability of cover, while their advanced non lethal systems are better suited to urban warfare (flashbangs anyone?). What i wonder if is there will be a penalty for killing civilians?. And i am guessing that electronic countermeasures will be more effective by the limited field of vision of cities.

The jsf will be the more balanced since their combined arms tactics will probably give them a shot at open combat with the russians and their stealth and medium range mobility and stealth will let them kick it off with the enforcers on urban.

But since by my point of view this war will be decided on urban patchs and since i believe the EF to be the lesser of three evils with Russia domination of energy supplies and expancionist policies and the us targeting the space antinuke defense system with its space station i believe europe is the only one to have a valid self preservation policy in this war.

JSF, first of all cuz i'm american, but mainly because they look to be a well balanced team and remind me of other of my favorite factions from other RTSes.

Definitely the JSF. We have that beastly space station with the missiles shown in the trailer.

I'll be using the JSF. I was going to play as EF but I found out that the UK will not be in it, which means no SAS.

Oh don't you worry haha. I'm sure my friends and I will end up playing JSF online.

Ya ill probibly do the same, play the 6 single player ones first to get a feel for the teams, then choose which one suits me best, ill most likely go JSF or Russian first time around.

Most likely I will be playing as JSF, but it really depends on how I feel after seeing all three of the factions in action during the single player.
