Since there was a high number of posts being made on what faction you will be playing against, I have decided to make an official post about it.

Which faction will you be playing as in EndWar?

Choices:
JSF - United States of America
Russia
EF - European Federation

 

I personally will be playing as the JSF, because, well I'm from the United States, am interested in joining the Armed Forces, and would love to see the type of things that I might be seeing in the future, during my career as a soldier.

Spetsnaz for me, im from the US as well, i love America don't get me wrong, however the Spetsnaz Guard Bregade matches my playing style more.

I'm sure that nobody would doubt you based on a decision not to play as the US in a video game.

yeah im from the US also but i like the idea of stealth tech and the robotics thing which is 100% the only reason im going with JSF.

I'll probably be playing as the JSF, mostly because they appear to suit my playing style best; a good combination of speed and firepower. But also because I'm thinking that my home country - Canada, will ally themselves with the US.

US JSF, because i like that they excel in a combination of firepower, speed, and mobility. and also that i like the British as well, and as far as i know they'll be allied with the US...i hope...it was a close call for me between US and Russia... who DOESN'T like brute force right? but i think it was the technological stuf that did it for me...

I picked JSF because thats what faction I believe my friends will play as. Unless they decide not to, then I might play EF.

lol sadly no one has chose to be the EF, so for the games sake i may just be changing my faction to the EF. to atleast try and even out the sides abit

I think I'll give the EEC a shot and if I shouldn't like them, I'll switch to the JSF!

I chose Russia because i really like the brute strength aspect of their team. Their also the team ill likely play as the first time through unless you can choose an all Canadian Army in the JSF (fingers crossed on that one )

Where's CHINA's Red Army ???

Think Russia & China should be lumped together as the Communist Force!

Well i would be EF because im british and i'd much rather see a seperate british side than just EU force. But i hope there are lots of exclusive units for the EU side.

Isn't Team Rainbow exclusive enough?

Well, I'm afraid you are mistaken!

The Ghosts (Ghost Recon) are on the JSF's side. Rainbow is on the EEC side because lots of the founders and high ranking officers are former Rainbow members!

Ok, gotcha.

I'd probably play all factions. Master them all is the way to go. And then from their you can determine the best faction per individual gametype from their. Or you can be a beast like i'll be of course boys. But being able to master one faction to the poinst where you have multiple strategies to handle the opposing 2 forces would be great. But at the moment i'd have to with the Russians just because I used to play them all the time in the red alerts.

this game is only looking at the north Atlantic theater of the war, china would be in a different theater.
also, i don't think Russia is communist in endwar, maybe i am wrong and they switch back to communism, but i am pretty sure that they are not communist
