Yes, the TOW server is down. We apologize for the inconvenience. They're working on it. I haven't heard any additional information beyond that but will let you know once I hear anything new.

I think what gets people riled up is that Ubisoft isn't making an effort to get out in front of these problems when they occur. If you're aware of a problem, we'd appreciate a forum post that the support team is aware of it and working on it, with an ETA of either a fix or a further communication about the status.
Those of us who enjoy this game *do* appreciate that server problems are still being addressed. We'd just appreciate it more if the two general responses we received about server problems weren't either a deafening silence or along the lines of "we already knew about it but haven't bothered to say anything in the hopes that no one would notice."
All I'm really advocating is a more pro-active and open line of communication with the intensely loyal community of Endwar gamers. We understand that bugs occur, servers go down, and so on...we just want a better way of being kept informed of when we can get back to playing our favorite game.

since its so hard to monitor minor problems like this they just think nothing will happen then go on vacation to decide wether or not they will fix it before the rest of the people playing the games leaves either that or shut the TOW down for about 3 days and go to an amusement park then come home after eatin 2 tons of cotton candy then say they cant fix it cuz their hands are to sticky im glad COD doesnt have these problems oh hey neither does hawx but thats not by Shanghai...oh thats why PSN= Psycho-Raptor HAWX Callsign: Venom
