JSF hand down. with 3 rang up grade and 2 dmg it can smash anythin within its rang. if you think you dont do enough dmg choose one of the tactical bg that give +10 dmg

I'm with the SPZ and the JSF artillery is 10x better simply because of the range. Range is much, much better than damage in artillery duels and once their artillery is taken out you can win any battle through artillery support. Easily JSF.

Tru JSF have longest range and that is devastating in the beginning of the match, the SGB have a much more powerful artillery that makes up for range, and the Euros just sucks.

Everybody knows the JSF spartan artillery is best.It has mad range and good mobity.im on the European faction and their artillery sux Frown

This appears to be yet another software/design bug.

I play Euro faction on the PS3. The range upgrade is not functioning properly, and not CLOSE to the other factions. You can tell it's a defect/bug because in SKIRMISH mode the range on our ARTY is significantly better. (Not as good as the JSF nor SGB of course, but better than TOW)

My favourite is EFEC artillery because of their speed, but the JSF artillery really is the best. It just fulfils all the roles of an artillery unit and then some. Huge range, a lot of firepower, good HP and good shields.


I fight fast, hard and well. Do the same and you'll have my respect.

If you can shoot faster and do more damage, and have enough armour to get in range without dieing, range isn't much of an advantage.

the JSF have the longest range if i can remember, so they have an advantage , but then again i traded back in the game so i cant be sure anymore

So then. All i can work out here is that JSF arty is longer ranged. Does the spetz arty fire quicker or do more damage per shot, and what exactly is the advantage of the euro arty?

I have am quite a heavy arty user and i can not seem to tell the difference, appart from the euro arty is rubbish

The Advantage (supposed, LOL) of the Euro Arty is Speed. Euro arty (once upgraded/ranked up) moves Very quickly over open ground. Also it can transition from movement to firing much faster, and the rate of fire is faster. So it's frequently possible to help fight offf a vehicle rush, by firing/retreating/firing more. (The rate of fire is not a real advantage until you're ranked up and are inflicting damage at a similar rate as JSF/SGB)

But you don't have enough armor to get into range even if you are Russian... Most artillery duels are decided by who gets eyes on who first and since the JSF artillery can stay back further, along with their tanks blos cannon (downing spotting gunships) you really can't beat the JSF in an artillery-to-artillery fight.
