agreed, the htought of ubisoft not being the devil makes me have to look out my window to make sure pigs arent flying. good games every now and hten or not, their customer service/support has never really been anyhting that stellar, atleast in my experience. to be fair though, it seems to be an industry norm for video games.

Yes, unfortunately it seems corporations, and more than just the video game industry, have spent quite a bit of time working on lowering customer expectations - and it has worked.

People really let companies get away with a lot more BS than they used to, and still will do business with those companies.

It is too bad that so many consumers have been beaten down by poor quality and product support for so long now that they think it is OK for companies to act that way.

yea well i havent had any problems and hopfully never will...
