I like to defend a lot, but against other people I'd split my forces down the middle to either get around their sides and hit them from behind or use that plan to completely circle them. But I'd rather sit there and wait 'till I can get my bombing runs, and then charge.

I got a bad habit, of when I get bored, from long periods of no new games, start tow aste money....my lf's tease me that I never spend too much that I never buy alot of stuff,, but when Ig et bored I waste 200 bucks on getting mods for xbox games that are not worth it lol. I am thinking of just getting me, BF2 advance combat, and cod4, permanently to start gettingme back into xbox live shooters and tactics at least, duno duno, I am more of BF massive vehicle combat and stuff....frontlines like...but frontlines didn't rub me the right way.

I think there will be a few ways of preventing that working in this game though.

First of all, you can secure bunkers to reinforce your position.

Second of all, if they just bum rush, they wont have any strategic points so wont be able to call reinforcements.

And finally, if the bum rush fails, their forces wont be able to be medevaced as they will be in the middle of your forces and the Ospreys will be shot down.

deamonic, I just had to put the Bum Rush out there because you know there are guys playing BF/BC that will try and come in and do this....I'm more of a fortify the base and build up, then attack guy. But without building a base I guess I'll have to explore other strategic options. I have some ideas but I'm not sure how they will play out. I guess it depends on the immediate surroundings in the city as well.

Im a big fan of using armoured divisions to overpower others...I usually have units like tanks as my main force, with small amounts of troop carriers and anti-air vehicles...
