I need help with one of the rifleman upgrade JSF
The upgrade says (Rifleman can designate targets for artillery attacks)
But how i can do it?

You need to have the camera on some Riflemen near an enemy unit, then aim the cursor at the enemy and highlight the Artillery card and you should be able to use the Artillerys secondary attack.

If used proparly this is a good upgrade for you Artilary - You Artilary speacial can fire anywhere on the map as long as your target is in the relevent rifleman's line of site.
