Why did ubisoft make the beta tester sign a dna when they know that it will leak out.

To my it defeats the purpose of having one.
I didnt get in the beta but i have heard alot of about the most complaint that i am getting feedback is there no instructions in the game to play it lol. But i would assume they have it in thier special forum for the testers.

You can't blame UbiSoft. In almost everything private someone finds a way to leak it. But punishment almost always follows it. The NDA is basically your warning if you do break it, their will be consequences.

Since it's a private beta, they left out alot of features. What you get is idiots who don't know what the purpose of a beta, and the WAAAAAAHMUBALNCE gets called in.

yea. the beta isnt gonna have all the features most of the time the real game would have. if it did they would just let a demo be purchasable on xbl or in gaming stores and just wait for people to give feedback. beta's usually are the most basic parts of gameplay. you cant build a highrise if the foundation is weak.

so they make a private beta that has all the basic things in it and see if they work well. they gives a damn about if the hud looks nice. or if the graphics are great, or even if they have voiceovers right in the game.

Exactly. I suspect this to be a late alpha build that was ported directly from the computer because of the text issues.

yea anyways i am one of those people that needs to see a game to make a decision if i like or not, and anywasy ive seen all of the trailers, and the Uplay video and i think this game is going to kick every other games ***!!!!
