as far as every game releasing patch... no they dont. they may release one or 2 patches that dont fix much... ya know like endwar has. but not all of them attempt to fix every problem. you really dont know that much about this industry do you lol?

you honestly think that endwar is the only game with issues that havnt been resolved? that its the only one with wait time issues? i havnt had to wait an hour for a match. most ive waited was 5 minutes. and not just me but many others as well.

comman and conquer 3, has about the same wait times as endwar does. me and my friend would wait 10-20 minutes for a 2 v 2 seige match. which would be considered a loss due to it locking up.... yet agian.

as far as the servers being poor. ask any playstation 2 tech support employee what they think of socom. most would say they would like the game to burn in hell. i know this because thats all my coworkers would rant about all day.. all we would get calls about would be "when are the socom servers gonna be back up?????". oh and rockstar, it was my job to tell people what ive been telling you. well not specifcally what ive been telling you. i was just required to tell you why things were the way they were. such as why certain glitches may not be fixed atm, or why support has been droped, or why the accursed servers are offline yet agian.

honestly kid, get over yourself lol. endwar is not the only game with issues that have remained unresolved. ednwar is not the only game to be abandoned due to poor sales.

Game companies that release their games way before the game actualy has a gold status are only trying to go for the fast cash in.
A company like this doesn't give a rats *** about the people who buy their games, they only want the big bucks as fast as possible.
Complaining to a company who has this kind of behaviour won't get you anywhere.
You will get excuses or no reply at all.
It's the same for other industries.

Endwar is great fun, i love this game.
But this game is also my first Ubi soft experience. And my last.

5-6 months of faults in software isn't a game that should have gotten a gold status. It's like 1 big Beta test. And no support in the Euro PSN store, Europeans getting the boot, while the US are getting nice downloadable content. This issue has been approached for months now, and there's not 1 reaction from Ubi.
Even if it gets released now, i'm not getting it.

I learned my lesson.

that "nice" content your talking about was supposed to come with the game yet they still charged extra for it and all it did was unbalance the game even more.

Do you mean it is already on the CD and it was just unlocked by getting it?
Or is it realy downloaded?

It isn't realy important since the Europeans don't get to see any of this.
Till today it's not available for european players.

That last free map pack was a sizable download, the others were just unlocking things thought, like the battalions and upgrades.

wow...i cant believe the job security these worthless, lazy, untalented developers have. with the horrible customer treatment, false advertising and countless other issues and now they are abandoning this game and moving on to make another worthless piece of garbage that will also fail.
I wish i could get my money, and time wasted on this pathetic excuse of a game back.

i will never again buy a game that comes from this development team.

I can understand not having the time to add new DLC, but you're not even going to patch in something as basic as a filter for quick matches? How that wasn't in the release build is beyond me.

I cant express how bad I feel about Ubisoft now. I enjoy playing Endwar more than any game I've played in years while at the same time ignoring the obvious faults in the software. This product was so blatantly rushed out the door and unfinished and now you're hanging us all out to dry. Well you got my money this time, but if I'm expecting this sort of treatment from Ubisoft, you can be sure it won't be so easy to take money from me in the future.

I am so glad I traded this complete piece of **** a month ago. I knew this was going to happen, UBI is brilliant at not support their games bast 3-6 months.. Once they think sales has maxed out, they drop it and move to the next money spinner..

Well this will be the LAST ubi game I buy Ever..
To bring me back to them, it would have to be something truly spectacular.. and so far its all been craptacular..

I'm off to play stormrise.. It may have just as many bugs, but at least CA have a close relationship with the player and both the company and the developers are active in the support community..

And me i will never get a game made by ubisoft again ,.I will get games made by anyone else but not Trashysoft.,.

seriously i loved this game annd DOES NOT blame the dev. for abandoning this game because of its poor sales.i WOULD 100% buy endwar 2(if it REALLY comes out) if it comes out.Far cry 2 is also a product of ubisoft and i loved it.I just hoped if this type of game comes out again,the developer(s) will focus on the game instead of moving to a new ''project''.

this is one of my favrouite game beating the likes of cod5 and gow2 its just so dissapointing wen the game loses support and just to be stuck in a lobby of a game i really like playing but not being able to find a match is just so frustrating. I wud definitely buy endwar 2 because call me a chump but i think ubisoft aint a bunch of monkeys in a suit so a sequel probably coming out 2011 onwards is bound to be improved and less glitchy or quite frankly they know noone wud buy it . You forgot Rainbow Six for pc (1998) by Redstorm Entertainment a subsidiary of Ubisoft. This was the first game ever released by them that had loads of cheating issues. All people had to do was go into the game's directory and increase bullet damages and things like that.

They never cared...even during the dot com era.

Huh. Well this news of course is ancient by now, and it sucks, but it's not like nobody saw it coming. This game was a flop not because it was bad, but because Ubi seemed to WANT it to fail. I mean, where the hell was the advertising?

Awwww man i wanted some new add ons but their not making anymore. i wanted an add on for the command vehicle called "Personal Army" where you have 6 drones instead of 4. Do u guys think its a good idea?
