Does a 3 star command vehicle have a stronger UAV and stronger guard brigade than a 3 stripe command vehicle? Does the +10% hit rating effect just the mounted gun on the actual CV?

Not 100% on this one Senor but I do believe the damage the drones do and take increases with the rank of the CV because of the hit bonus and hp bonus it receives as it gets promoted. As for the +10% Hp...that will only affect the CV itself meaning that this CV will have 10% more Hp than a similar CV of the same faction (meaning rank)
