For those who know me, Hi . For those who don't, I'm a player who got the game the day it came out and was playing with a group of people for a long time . I was within the top 10 for many months and achieved #1 with about a 1000something/40 win/loss ratio for about a week until my game broke :/. It was about then that my interest in this game plummeted (The glitches and lack of support helped too), and I haven't played it in awhile.

Well, now and again, I would pop on for a random reason and play a little bit, but the spark left. I ended up just playing campaign, but that became boring as well. But the last time i played was very different. It was the longest game I've ever had in the entire time I've been playing and was one of the most intense. The match went on for 45 minutes at the map Ramstein with my completely recruit European units vs some hardened and such (i dunno exactly what he had, but they had BLOS and other specials) American units. I prevail at the end by nuking his last unit (CV) and find out that my heart is beating a mile a minute . That was the spark i was looking for. The Adrenaline rush you get for being on the verge of death and prevail by dodging 2 force recon 3s simply by moving all your units to the other corner of the map . This is the appeal of this game, which is something i lost a long time ago by simply winning a game within 3 minutes by using my superior legendary units and crushing newbies.

I can proudly say my record is 1/2 now (After about 2-3 rank resets) and I wouldn't have it any other way. I can say that I might start playing a little more then usual now, but definitely not as much as before .

If anyone wants to play with me who's part of the Europe faction, throw me a PM and I will when i have time. I'm glad to be back and looking forward to seeing you guys on the battlefield....if I'm able to find a match that is .

i know what you mean man, i felt the same way allso when i started playing this game.
I was a new guy on the block with no knolidge about this game and all i had was like rank 1 units, but the game was so tense ... it was like playing tennise 1v1 we both were looking fore the one big mistake to attack with full force. By the time he made that stupid mistake i was up his nose looking fore boogies and at that last kill i realised allso that mi heart was beating 1000 times per sec. and i eaven might have lost few Kg/pounds. and all it took was 55 minits and some seconds.

BTW guys, i switched to JSF for the time being

No I'm just kidding. Seriously it's good to have you back paradox. I believe I overheard you and Kid in a ball buster today somewhere. Hope that one turned out well. Not a whole lot has changed, I'm sure you've been informed of the double xp weekends and the bugs are still there. Assuming the server stays up long enough to play I look forward to see you on the battlefield.

I've also had this game from day one and played for EFEC in the very first war which was handed to Europe in controversial circumstances. I never played a whole lot and had a record along the lines of 36/14 (I think) and after the first war my Elite got 3 red lights and I still actually haven't got it fixed, but now have a friends 360. Anyway point being this is the first time I've even visited and after looking at the theatre of war it says JSF won the first war, is this wrong or am I getting confused?

Also, what happened to the seperate forums for PS3 and 360? Has the playerbase dropped massively or something?

Oh and I remember you Paradox, last time I came you were 7th I think and Moxious (sp?) was number 1, but congrats on getting to the top!
