I'm sorry if that wasn't clear for you. All time zones in all territories is basically it. I believe it's enabled on the serverside. I don't believe you are limited to your own timezone so if it's Friday for you in say, Los Angeles, you could potentially get double-xp because it's already Saturday in Hong Kong.

This is my understanding of how it was set up. I'll ping Shanghai to confirm but it's already Saturday there. Hey, perfect example of the scenario I used above.
