hey guys new here

got dark messiah might and magic from steam not from a cd direct download from steam everything works fine graphics i can bear.

but i cant see any of the video clips in the begining or in middle of game all have this black screen with a white line around the screen
and has a line from upper left side of the window to lower right side of the window

i have seen some posts about this but it said
that i need to make a shortcut and in target box of the shortcut i need to put
-dxlevel 90c at the end of the target box also said it should look like this "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Ubisoft\Dark Messiah of Might and Magic\mm.exe" -dxlevel 90c

yeahhh... mine doesnt go like that at all it says "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 2100 but still i tryed putting -dxlevel 90c at the end still same error.
I got latest directx

This is a workaround for those who get the crash after the videos are played. The fix will be integrated in the upcoming patch.

in this one when i was at valve/steam i click on steam but there was to way to modify language

oh and it realy is boring not seeing the little clips as i have to go threw millions of underground tunnels with no lights...

hey blindnero i really appriciete the help u gave there but it still hasnt solved my problem about the little video clips i cant watch anything not even the begging when u launch the game still the same error

btw nice forum ill stick around there
